The seminar presented by Dr. Prachee Gaur focused on “goal setting” .The session began by emphasizing that goal setting is crucial not only for personal growth but also for career advancement. She shared some examples about concentrating on the goal. She gave an example of the lion who is the king of the Jungle not only because of his strength but also because of his mind set about focusing only on his goals i.e. his prey . She further concluded that we should focus only on our goals instead of others , keep a track of our goals and create practical plans to achieve them.
